Modules

Our fleet management is modular. You choose the modules that suit you. The following modules are available: Management Services, Financing, Maintenance, Tyre Management, Replacement Vehicle, Taxes and Duties, Insurance, Claims Management, Assistance, Fuel Management and Secure Pack. Your customer advisor would be pleased to set aside time for a personal consultation.

 

Claims management

In the event of a claim, Post Company Cars coordinates between all the parties involved. Our services include: commissioning experts/insurance experts, advising the customer whether a vehicle should be repaired or replaced, commissioning the partner garage to carry out the repair, checking the invoice and handling the claim with the insurance company. After the claim has been settled, the costs are charged to the customer on the basis of the claim flat rate agreed in the framework agreement. If the customer has chosen Post Company Cars insurance, no claim flat rate will be charged.

Insurance

Do you have the optimal insurance for your vehicle fleet? Post Company Cars offers you two insurance solutions from PostFinance or Allianz combined with fleet management at the best conditions. This means you benefit from insurance cover without any surprises and can rely on us at all times if you have an accident or breakdown.

For a fleet size of up to 100 vehicles and an insurance value (gross vehicle price) of CHF 150,000 per vehicle, we can offer the following services in the framework agreement:

Reporting

Modern fleet management primarily involves handling and analysing complex data volumes. An intelligent reporting system saves time and effort when analysing your vehicle fleet.

Whether you want to examine your fleet’s fuel consumption or compare the total costs for a special vehicle, our online reporting provides you with an overview at all times. All the important information for managing your fleet is available quickly and conveniently.

Standard reports on fuel data, contracts, vehicle data, CO2 emissions and claims provide you with all the current figures. You can filter and compile the data in accordance with your specific needs. The data can be exported in table form, e.g. in Excel, to provide a graphic representation.
