Post Company Cars: evaluation of the customer satisfaction survey
Very encouraging results from the customer satisfaction survey
This year, Post Company Cars conducted a customer satisfaction survey among its two customer groups (Swiss Post Group customers and business customers on the external market). The particularly encouraging scores show that customers are very satisfied with the services provided by Post Company Cars. Overall satisfaction was rated at 86 points (+2 points compared to 2023) by Swiss Post Group customers and at 83 points (+1 point) among business customers.
As with the last survey in 2023, this year’s survey was again conducted for both customer groups at the same time. Although the results were good to very good in 2023, Post Company Cars achieved gains across all key KPI figures.
The results for the key performance indicators (KPIs) are summarized here:
- Overall satisfaction: Swiss Post Group customers 86 points (+2), business customers 83 points (+1)
- Customer effort score (how easy is cooperation with Company Cars?):
- Swiss Post Group customers 84 points (+1), business customers 81 points (+2)
- Willingness to recommend to others: Swiss Post Group customers 85 points (+2), business customers 81 points (+3)
- Net promoter score: Swiss Post Group customers +58 (+7), business customers +46 points (+9)

However, it’s also important for Company Cars to get feedback on points where customers would like to see improvements. Based on the feedback received, opportunities for improvement have been identified and appropriate measures derived from this. “The Executive Board is very pleased with the results of the evaluation and would like to thank all customers for their openness and our staff for their huge commitment,” says Nigel Storny, CEO of Post Company Cars.
