For every journey, the sharing system records the time of use, period of use, mileage covered and the name of the driver.
- You have the option of charging the travel costs to the driver or to organizational units.
- The intelligent reservation system ensures that desired journeys are completed. You can thus gradually reduce the size of the vehicle fleet to the number of vehicles actually needed.
- All free times are displayed for pool vehicles which could also be used for employees’ private purposes in the evening or at weekends for example.
